For our third annual conference, attendees won’t spend the day sitting through speaker after speaker. We’re taking the conference into the field — traveling together throughout Cleveland to visit established businesses and learn directly from the operators who run them.

Most conferences put you in a ballroom and hand you a schedule of speakers. You take notes, you get inspired, and then you go home and try to figure out how to apply any of it to your own business.
The 2027 Home Care & Group Home Bosses Conference works differently. Attendees board together in the morning and spend the day moving through Cleveland, stepping inside real businesses and service models in the home care, group home, healthcare, residential, and community-based services industries.
At each field stop, you hear directly from experienced operators inside their own business environments — how they operate, what systems they use, how they grew, what went wrong, and what it really takes to run the business day to day.
You can sit in a conference room and hear someone explain how they operate their business — or you can walk through the doors and see it for yourself.
